Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile in Saudi Arabia seeks a regional after-sales service leader to plan and optimize the regional service network, monitor operations, and drive dealer capability improvements across the market.

You will lead onboarding, negotiate service agreements, track regional policies, and ensure high user satisfaction while supporting new vehicle launches and market intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
• Understand the basic knowledge of the automobile industry, import and export business knowledge and after-sales service process;
• Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (English, Arabic, etc.).
• Good communication, good coordination and execution skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in automotive-related fields or those with experience in automotive after-sales service;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and layout optimization of regional after-sales service networks;
• Responsible for monitoring and improving regional after-sales service operation;
• Lead the inspection and evaluation of dealer service capabilities, formulate rectification plans, and drive their implementation;
• Lead the assessment of new dealers service capabilities prior to onboarding, as well as the negotiation, signing, and renewal of after-sales service agreements;
• Responsible for continuously monitoring and improving regional user satisfaction;
• Responsible for developing and executing the annual after-sales service plan for the regional market;
• Responsible for tracking and researching regional service policies, regulations, and market intelligence;
• Lead the preparation of after-sales service support for new vehicle launches in the regional market.
