Job summary

HCP Automotive is seeking an experienced Regional Parts Manager to lead parts operations across Riyadh-area dealerships. You will drive revenue, profitability, and inventory efficiency while shaping a high-performance parts team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive parts, strong commercial and financial acumen, and fluent English. GCC market experience or familiarity with automotive DMS/parts systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in automotive parts or aftersales, with a dealership or dealer group.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic and GCC market familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional parts operations across multiple dealerships ensuring consistent processes, standards and performance.
• Drive parts sales and profitability across workshop, retail, wholesale, fleet and external channels.
• Manage inventory and working capital ensuring optimal stock levels, high availability and controlled obsolescence.
• Monitor KPIs including parts revenue, gross profit, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the parts team, ensuring accountability and succession planning.
• Collaborate with OEM partners and Group functions to improve supply, operations and financial performance.
• Analyse regional market and performance data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
