Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic sales plans across the MEA region from Riyadh. You will identify new opportunities, build dealer partnerships, manage fleet sales, and train distributors and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, 3+ years in automotive sales, and proven targets. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic and Chinese are a plus. Willingness to travel within MEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the MEA region.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics in the MEA region.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic; and Chinese is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealership partnerships and fleet sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, dealers, and corporate customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Provide product training and support to dealerships and customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
