Job summary

Saudi Elaf is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment and organizational development initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The role will support major construction projects by building strong recruitment teams and driving workforce planning.

You will develop HR policies, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, and partner with leadership on succession planning and employee development. Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Construction/engineering/contracting experience is preferred.
• Proven high-volume recruitment for large projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem/Absher and Saudization.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle, plus MS Office.
