Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and financing options
• Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts
• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions effectively
• Follow up the client’s post-sales to ensure satisfaction and support
• Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and property listings
• Collaborate with internal Departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis
