Job summary
Siemens AG in KSA seeks a Maintenance Site Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across designated maintenance locations along the Makkah Madinah High‑Speed Railway. You will ensure safety, reliability and performance of signalling systems while delivering contractual KPIs in a demanding 24/7 environment.
The role requires strong leadership, maintenance planning, and technical coordination with Siemens teams and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline is required.
- Experience with railway signalling systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred for communication and safety documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the site maintenance team and activities.
- Ensure achievement of contractual maintenance KPIs including system availability and incident response.
- Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting and restoration activities.
- Monitor condition and availability of signalling systems within the area of responsibility.
- Manage site resources including spare parts, tools, equipment, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens project, customer and safety requirements.
