Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Saudi Arabia invites applications for a Mid-level Maintenance Site Manager on the Makkah–Madinah High-Speed Railway. You will lead a 24/7 maintenance team responsible for signalling systems, safety, availability and KPIs across designated sites.

The role requires a technical engineering background, trackside presence, and collaboration with Siemens teams, customers and stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading 24/7 maintenance teams in a railway, transportation or safety-critical environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 24/7 maintenance team at one of the maintenance centers along the Makkah–Madinah High-Speed Railway.
• Ensure achievement of maintenance KPIs including system availability and incident response times.
• Coordinate incident response, fault investigation and restoration activities.
• Monitor signalling system health and availability within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with Siemens teams, project managers and stakeholders.
• Supervise trackside maintenance activities and management of resources and spares.
