Job summary

Hitachi Rail Solutions for Railways LLC is seeking a Contract Manager in Jeddah to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts for major railway signaling projects. The role requires coordination with clients, partners, and subcontractors in a multinational environment, ensuring risk management and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of contract management experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and a strong background in EPC or railway contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of professional experience in contract management in multinational/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EPC, turnkey, or railway signaling contracts in international environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management from award through close-out on railway signaling projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, policies, and legal frameworks.
• Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project leaders and management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities.
• Manage contractual correspondence, variations, and claims.
