Saudi Pipes Systems Co. (SPS) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to manage and maintain our quality management systems, product certifications, and regulatory approvals across our manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will take direct responsibility for Saudi Aramco approvals, ISO 9001, NSF, WRAS, and other applicable product certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance, successful audits, timely renewals, and uninterrupted approval status.
This is a hands‑on QA and certification management position, not primarily a QC inspection or construction‑site quality role.

- Saudi Aramco Approvals: Handle Saudi Aramco product and manufacturer approvals, technical submissions, documentation, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Quality Management Systems: Maintain and improve the company’s ISO 9001 QMS, including procedures, records, internal audits, and external certification audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage applicable SASO/SABER requirements and support FM Approvals where relevant.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical files, product specifications, laboratory test reports, compliance records, and certification documentation.
- Audit Management: Coordinate external certification audits, factory assessments, surveillance audits, and renewal activities.
- Corrective Actions: Manage non‑conformities, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audit findings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with production, QC, engineering, and management to maintain product compliance and certification readiness.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant QA experience, preferably in pipe, valve, water infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven hands‑on experience managing product certifications, external audits, approvals, and renewals.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and documentation.
- Practical experience with Saudi Aramco approvals, NSF, WRAS, SASO, or similar certification schemes.
- Ability to independently manage certification processes and communicate directly with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Strong English communication and technical documentation skills.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
IMPORTANT
Applicants should have direct experience in manufacturing QA, product approvals, or certification management. Experience limited to construction‑site QC inspection will not be sufficient.
