Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 4–6 years QA experience in pipe, valve, water infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing product certifications, external audits, approvals, and renewals.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and renew NSF, WRAS, and other product certifications with bodies and labs.
• Handle Saudi Aramco product and manufacturer approvals, submissions, audits, and compliance.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS, including procedures, records, and audits.
• Manage SASO/SABER requirements and support FM Approvals where relevant.
• Prepare and maintain technical files, product specifications, test reports, and certification docs.
• Coordinate external certification audits, factory assessments, and renewal activities.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with production, QC, engineering, and management to ensure compliance.
