Job summary

Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced QA/QC Piping Inspector to oversee piping installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning on oil, gas and petrochemical projects. You will ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards on site.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, 8+ years in the field, 4+ years in oil & gas, and a mandatory NDT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• 4+ years in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical projects.
• NDT Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM and piping inspection procedures.
• Immediate joiners or notice period of 15–30 days preferred.
• Saudi transfer candidates with transferable visa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect piping fabrication and installation activities.
• Witness hydrotests, pneumatic tests, pressure tests, and mechanical completion.
• Review piping drawings, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
• Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports.
• Coordinate inspections with construction teams and client representatives.
• Prepare inspection reports and quality records.
• Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.
