Job summary

Uasmart is seeking an experienced Mechanical QC Supervisor for a third-party contract in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. You will supervise mechanical QC activities, coordinate with inspectors, and ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco standards and ITPs on site.

Candidates must have 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience (or 10+ years with a diploma), Saudi Aramco approval, a valid SAP number, and CBT clearance. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or a Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Previous Saudi Aramco approval in the relevant discipline.
• Valid SAP number.
• CBT passed; this is mandatory.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical quality control activities on project sites.
• Oversee quality inspections involving piping and equipment installation.
• Coordinate inspection and testing activities in line with project requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Saudi Aramco Schedule Q, SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC, and ITPs.
• Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate with the Saudi Aramco PMT.
• Review and manage RFIs, NCRs, inspection reports, and other quality documentation.

Job Overview

An urgent opportunity is available for a Mechanical QC Supervisor (QCS) in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. The position is intended for experienced mechanical quality control professionals with a background in Saudi Aramco projects, mechanical inspection, piping, and equipment installation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education and Experience
