Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking an experienced QC Piping Inspector to perform quality inspections of piping fabrication, installation, testing, and related activities. The role ensures compliance with project requirements and Saudi Aramco quality standards.

The candidate will inspect piping fabrication, fit-up, erection, installation, and testing; review material certificates, weld records, NDT reports, and ITPs; and coordinate with Welders, NDT, QA/QC teams, contractors, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in piping QC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Saudi Aramco approved.
• Must have passed CBT.
• Strong knowledge of piping inspection and QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect piping fabrication, fit-up, erection, installation and testing.
• Verify piping works against drawings, specs and ITP requirements.
• Review material certificates, weld records, NDT reports and piping documentation.
• Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic tests and other piping tests.
• Coordinate with welding inspectors, NDT personnel, QA/QC teams, contractors and client representatives.
• Identify defects, deviations and non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, punch lists and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
