Key Responsibilities: Supervise all quality control activities and inspections related to mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation works on the offshore site. Ensure compliance with Aramco standards (SAEPs, SAICs, SAMSSs) and project-specific QA/QC plans. Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material inspection reports. Conduct joint inspections with the client (Aramco) and prepare necessary documentation for approval. Monitor the implementation of approved welding procedures, NDT, coating, and material traceability programs. Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely inspection and release of work. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment. Manage and mentor QC inspectors across various disciplines. Prepare and submit daily/weekly QC progress reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for quality issues. Support QA Manager in internal and external audits. Ensure that all offshore quality control documentation is properly recorded and traceable. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical). Aramco Approval as QC Supervisor or Engineer (valid and verifiable). Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas EPC industry, with at least 5 years in offshore projects. Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, ISO, and ASTM standards. Experience with offshore structures, piping, mechanical equipment installation, and coatings inspection. Familiarity with Aramco documentation systems (QMIS / SAIC / ITP formats). Valid Offshore Safety & Survival (BOSIET / HUET) and Medical Fitness Certificates. Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
