Job summary

Manar Rass is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to support government entities in assessing compliance with DGA Qiyas standards and driving readiness initiatives. You will identify gaps, develop improvement plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely evidence submission.

The role requires hands-on PM skills, facilitation of workshops, and strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English. On-site work in Saudi Arabia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/BA/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, compliance, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end digital transformation readiness and Qiyas compliance engagements.
• Assess current compliance against standards and identify gaps and risks.
• Organize workshops, exec meetings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare management dashboards, reports, and executive materials in Arabic and English.
