Role Mission

The Digital & AI Transformation Consultant will support government and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC in designing and delivering digital transformation, AI adoption, and operational excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Design transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for digital initiatives.
• Support clients in identifying high-impact use cases for AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
• Support governance, implementation, and value realization programs.
• Conduct process assessments and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor program progress, risks, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Must have

• 2-7 years of consulting, transformation, or strategy experience.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI, enterprise architecture, or process improvement.
• Experience working with government, enterprise, or financial services clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client priorities.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and client deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI use cases, automation technologies, or data-driven transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and operating model design.
