Job summary

FNRCO is seeking an External Handover Representative in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the handover process with customers, explaining property features, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition of completed units.

You'll interact directly with clients, conduct unit inspections, ensure accurate documentation, and liaise with engineering, maintenance, and property management teams to deliver exceptional customer service during handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Medically fit.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or handover processes.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office and related systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in dealing directly with customers.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information in a simple manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the external handover process with customers.
• Conduct unit inspections with clients and explain property features and systems.
• Ensure all handover documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.
• Address customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about the property.
• Record and report any defects or issues raised by customers and follow up for resolution.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to ensure a positive handover experience.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, and property management) to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handover status.
