Job summary

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist in Jeddah to lead the internal handover process from construction to operations. You will ensure all units, systems, and documentation meet standards, driving timely, quality handovers.

The role acts as the liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams, coordinating inspections, snag lists, and documentation reviews while maintaining clear progress records for effective asset handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected and meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of assets.
