Job summary

Soum in Riyadh is seeking an After-Sales Specialist for the car showroom to ensure confident handovers and rapid issue resolution. You will guide customers through handover processes, coordinate ownership transfers, and oversee warranty handling while building lasting relationships.

The role requires Saudi nationality, 2+ years in after-sales, a valid Saudi driving licence, and fluency in Arabic with good English; join a fast-growing tech-driven company offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals only.
• Minimum high school diploma; diploma or bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of after-sales or customer-service experience in car showrooms or dealerships.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Fluent in Arabic and good English.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle handover and explain features to customers.
• Process ownership transfers, insurance, and financing paperwork with relevant authorities.
• Manage post-sale warranty requests and coordinate with workshops.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Log all interactions in the CRM and coordinate with Sales, Inspection, and Maintenance teams.
• Offer add-on services and upsell where appropriate.
