Job summary

OSUS in Riyadh is seeking a hands-on role focused on delivering seamless handovers for our premium real estate units. You will schedule unit handover appointments, conduct joint inspections, explain warranties and after-sales procedures to customers, and log snags with technical teams.

You will also resolve inquiries professionally, update CRM records, and ensure handover status is accurately reflected for project teams, supporting a smooth customer journey within a dynamic, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate customer service is preferred.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate handovers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
