Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking a Handover & Completions Manager to oversee the end-of-project phase, ensuring construction works are completed and handed over to clients meeting all compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of project delivery experience, including 3–5 years in handover and completions roles, and preferably have worked on large-scale infrastructure or giga-projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery.
• Minimum 3–5 years in handover, completions, or project close‑out roles.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure or giga‑projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategy.
• Manage snagging and close-out processes, ensuring timely defect identification.
• Coordinate all testing and commissioning activities for compliance.
• Ensure completeness of documentation including manuals and approvals.
• Manage project handover process to client end-user with inspections.
• Ensure all works meet quality and compliance standards.
• Identify risks impacting timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
