Job summary

Alertiqa Premium Trading Co. is seeking a motivated Project Sales Representative in Jeddah to identify construction projects and build relationships with key decision-makers.

You will promote ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic, and sanitary products, prepare quotations, and coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in project sales within building materials, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid Saudi driving

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project sales, preferably in related building materials.
• Good knowledge of the construction and building-materials market in Jeddah.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on residential and commercial construction projects in Jeddah and nearby areas.
• Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and architectural offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners and decision-makers.
• Present suitable products, samples, catalogues, and technical information.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until the sale is completed.
• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and management regarding availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, customer visits, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
• Monitor market activity and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a car.
• Good Arabic communication skills; English is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
