Zusammenfassung

DataVolt is seeking an experienced events and communications leader based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own DataVolt’s events calendar, planning and delivering key events in KSA such as FII and LEAP while maturing the regional strategy for the US and Central Asia.

You will also support broader communications initiatives to drive business growth in English and Arabic. The role requires at least eight years in events, corporate communications and marketing, with proven experience managing

• Coordinate venue partners, speaker and attendee management, travel, logistics, and budgeting.

You will play a critical role in delivering DataVolt s brand message and value proposition to the technology ecosystem in KSA the GCC Central Asia and beyond The role s core focus is owning and driving DataVolt s events calendar from planning through to execution You will also be supporting the wider communications program and the key initiatives that drive business growth in both English and Arabic The immediate focus will be delivering a range of events in KSA including FII and LEAP while maturing our events strategy across other key markets such as the US and Central Asia Over time the role will help set a new benchmark for how DataVolt shows up as a leader in sovereign sustainable AI infrastructure with a brand that is synonymous with consistency credibility and quality

strong Experience amp Qualifications strong

• A bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Event Management Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred but not required
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• Must be available to work outside normal office hours during event periods and to travel extensively within KSA which remains the role s primary focus as well as internationally for venue inspections supplier meetings rehearsals and event delivery in markets such as the US and Central Asia
• Must be comfortable working across time zones local working practices and cross-border travel requirements
• At least 8 years of experience with a genuine mix of events corporate communications and marketing
• Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent corporate and industry events across the full planning and logistics lifecycle ideally including major regional platforms such as FII LEAP GITEX or similar
• This includes
  • Venue management and production partners
  • Speaker VIP and attendee management
  • Domestic and international travel and accommodation
  • Logistics including transport catering permits event staffing and on-site operations
  • Budget management and reconciliation
• Experience in-house at a technology telecommunications energy infrastructure or giga-project organisation or at an agency supporting clients of this kind
• Demonstrated corporate communications experience including writing announcements press releases executive speeches talking points and digital content
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic based in Riyadh
• Must be able to write and edit communications content not just coordinate it
• Able to turn technical and commercial topics into clear compelling content for different audiences from executives and government to media and employees
