Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Significant experience in project management supporting mid-to-large scale events, festivals, conferences, or major launches.
• Strong experience in risk identification, mitigation and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management systems and processes to align timelines across departments.
• Maintain the integrated Lions Riyadh master project plan across all functional workstreams.
• Track dependencies and manage risk, issues, decisions and actions.
• Support governance and escalation through the Lions Riyadh forums.
• Lead post-event evaluation and reporting to summarize lessons learned.
