Job summary

Proven is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to oversee governance for large-scale live events and festivals in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on integrated master scheduling, programme registers, and disciplined change control to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will lead document control, risk & issue management, and reporting to executives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive programme integration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO or programme management experience.
• Experience with at least 2 live event seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programme controls for large-scale live events and festivals.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated master schedules for cross-workstream alignment.
• Establish and manage programme registers including risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies.
• Implement and maintain structured change control processes to assess and track programme changes.
• Oversee document control systems with version management and approvals.
• Monitor programme progress, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare consolidated dashboards and progress reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective programme integration.
