Antal International L.L.C-FZ is seeking a Project Engineer for our interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. The role involves planning, coordination with design teams, contractors and site personnel to ensure delivery per drawings, specs, quality standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Civil/Architectural Engineering degree, and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of project engineering/construction/fit-out experience.
• Understanding of construction drawings, project coordination, and site execution.

Responsabilités

• Assist planning, coordination and monitoring of day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams and contractors for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals and method statements.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare schedules, site records and progress reports.
• Identify site issues and potential delays and escalate.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Assist with material procurement and resource planning.
• Support snagging, testing and final handover.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer Saudi Nationals for an established interior fit-out and construction company operating across Saudi Arabia and the UAE to support the planning coordination and execution of fit-out and interior design projects The successful candidate will work closely with project managers design teams consultants contractors and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and timelines The company specializes in turnkey interior projects across hospitality retail restaurants and commercial offices covering design coordination engineering MEP construction and finishing works

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project activities
• Coordinate with architects interior designers civil structural and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Review project drawings technical specifications material submittals and method statements
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers consultants and other project stakeholders
• Support the preparation of project schedules progress reports site records and documentation
• Identify site issues technical discrepancies and potential delays and escalat
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality and compliance with project requirements
• Assist with material procurement delivery coordination and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements applicable regulations and company procedures
• Support snagging defect rectification testing and final project handover

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, construction, fit-out or interior design projects.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, project coordination and site execution.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel and project scheduling tools; MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Must be a Saudi national and currently based in Riyadh.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
