• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• PMP or equivalent project management credential.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and ISO 45001/NEBOSH safety standards.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed for delays or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, safety standards (ISO 45001), and client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
