Job summary

Antal International L.L.C-FZ in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Engineer to support civil and architectural works for interior fit-out and construction projects across Saudi Arabia. You will assist with site supervision, drawing reviews, quality inspections, material coordination and execution monitoring to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and familiarity with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, fit-out or interior finishing works.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, architectural drawings, finishing materials and site supervision.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil and architectural site activities.
• Assist in executing fit-out works including partitions, flooring ceilings plastering painting and other finishing activities.
• Review architectural and civil drawings to support accurate site execution.
• Coordinate with project engineers interior designers MEP teams subcontractors and suppliers.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report delays technical issues and discrepancies to the project manager.
• Assist with quantity measurements material take-offs BOQs and material requisitions.
• Support the preparation of daily site reports inspection requests and project documentation.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions and snagging activities.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimise wastage on site.
• Follow applicable safety procedures construction standards and project requirements.
• Assist with final inspections defect rectification and project handover.
