Job summary

Ipsen Saudi Arabia is seeking a Product Specialist, Oncology to join the Field Operations team. Based in Riyadh and covering the Central Region, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translate strategy into strong execution across key accounts.

• Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
• Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Based in Riyadh and covering the Central Region, you will play a key role in advancing our oncology portfolio, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translating strategy into strong execution across key accounts.

What You Will Do

• Deliver accurate, high-quality medical and product information to healthcare professionals, supporting the appropriate and ethical use of Ipsen medicines.


• Build strong, trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Central Region.


• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national and regional priorities.


• Identify opportunities and barriers to growth, translating market and customer insights into effective actions.


• Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.


• Plan and execute high-quality field activities, customer engagements and professional events.


• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.


• Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.


• Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.


• Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance insights into action.


• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
