Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Product Specialist, Oncology for the Central Region in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and field-based, you will advance the oncology portfolio by building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translating strategy into execution across key accounts.

You will deliver high-quality medical and product information, develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities, monitor product performance, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to support patient needs,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
  • Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
  • Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance insights into action.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • A customer and patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to excellence in execution.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a field-based role with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality medical and product information to healthcare professionals, supporting appropriate and ethical use of Ipsen medicines.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Central Region.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
  • Identify opportunities and barriers to growth, translating market and customer insights into effective actions.
  • Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.
  • Plan and execute high-quality field activities, customer engagements and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives and patient needs.
  • Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Field-Based

We are looking for a Product Specialist, Oncology to join our Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and covering the Central Region , you will play a key role in advancing our oncology portfolio, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translating strategy into strong execution across key accounts.

What You Will Do
