Job summary

Ipsen Saudi Arabia is seeking a Product Specialist, Oncology to join the Field Operations team. Based in Riyadh and covering the Central Region, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translate strategy into strong execution across key accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree, has experience with Specialty Care, and is fluent in Arabic and English. You will manage territory plans, monitor product performance, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
Experience with Specialty Care products is essential.
Previous experience in a commercial pharmaceutical role is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance insights into action.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate medical and product information to healthcare professionals.
Build trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals in the Central Region.
Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with priorities.
Identify opportunities and barriers to growth from market and customer insights.
Monitor product performance, stock availability and consumption across key accounts.
Plan and execute field activities, customer engagements and professional events.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support objectives.
Maintain disciplined territory management and accurate CRM reporting.
