Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a Senior Digital Product Lead to own and deliver seamless, guest-first digital experiences across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.

Lead agile squads, coordinate with product, UX, engineering, and operations to ensure performance, reliability, and conversion. Experience in API integrations and Offer/Order retailing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in digital product delivery within an airline or aviation environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management and cross-squad coordination.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, especially in booking, payment and servicing systems.

You will collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams to ensure each digital interaction meets performance standards and enhances guest satisfaction. Proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous optimisation will be central to your success.

About You
