Job summary

Riyadh Air is looking for a Senior Digital Product Lead to own the delivery of guest-first digital experiences across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms within a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will drive self-service journeys, from check-in to refunds, collaborating with product, UX, engineering, and operations to ensure performance and guest satisfaction. Hands-on API integration experience in booking, payment, and servicing systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of digital product delivery experience in airline/aviation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination.

• Coordinate across agile squads to execute releases, drive transformation through structured release cycles and operational handovers.
• Enable transactional journeys that impact conversion, loyalty, and service excellence through API integrations and airline-specific systems.

About You

Degree qualified, You are well-equipped with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product delivery, coming from an airline or aviation environment. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination is essential.
