Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks an experienced digital product lead to drive seamless guest-facing features across web, mobile, and chatbot channels. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept through release, coordinating with product, UX, engineering, and operations to ensure high-performance, scalable journeys.

You will bring 7+ years in digital product delivery in aviation, with strong Agile practices, sprint planning, backlog management, and API integration experience to enable transactional journeys

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product delivery, preferably in aviation/oairline environments.
• Hands-on with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience with API integrations in booking, payment, and servicing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of core digital servicing and booking features across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.
• Coordinate across agile squads to align roadmap priorities and timely sprint outcomes.
• Implement structured release cycles and operational handovers to ensure reliable deployments.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimise guest journeys for conversion and loyalty.

You will collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams to ensure each digital interaction meets performance standards and enhances guest satisfaction. Proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous optimisation will be central to your success.

Importantly, your experience with Offer and Order retailing, API integration, and agile delivery will be critical in enabling transactional journeys that directly impact conversion, loyalty, and service excellence.

About You

Degree qualified, You are well-equipped with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product delivery, coming from an airline or aviation environment. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination is essential.
