Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Riyadh is seeking an experienced coordinator to oversee engineering and supplier coordination activities for multinational projects. You will manage vendor document submission, expediting, planning alignment, QA/QC interactions and logistics coordination on-site.

The role requires coordinating with China & Europe expediting teams, conducting weekly reviews, visa arrangements, and post-delivery actions for damages or shortages, including contract support.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering coordination and supplier coordination.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across international expediting teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendor for document submission and provide status updates.
• Monitor and coordinate BG submissions and weekly reports.
• Conduct weekly review meetings and kick-off meetings.
• Share updates with regional expeditors and align with planning.
• Expedite QA/QC procedures, FAT/I TP approvals and dispatch clearances.
• Coordinate visa processing and supplier visits.
• Support for delays notices and post-delivery actions.
