Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in Medina seeks an Engineering Coordination professional to manage vendor document submissions and client comments on drawings, while coordinating supplier actions and BG submissions. Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendor for document submission and with EDRC for client comments on vendor drawings
• Coordinate supplier and monitor BG submissions
• Collect weekly reports
• Conduct factory visits for expedition
• Conduct weekly review meetings
• Coordinate expediting teams in China and Europe; share weekly updates and ensure action points are followed up
• Plan and align reports with Planning and share weekly updates with PC
• Follow up with QA QC team
• Expedite FAT procedure approvals
• FATs and Stage Inspections
• Despatch clearances
• Expedite material despatches in coordination with Logistics
• Coordinate for Visa Processing for Supplier Visits
• Provide inputs for delay notices and documentation support
• Post delivery activities
• Coordinate for supplier actions for any damages
• Shortages
