Job summary

ARK47 Studio, a Saudi AI app by Apex Operations Company, seeks an IT Support/Help Desk professional to join our Riyadh team. You will set up devices, manage access, resolve day-to-day IT issues, and ensure security and inventory records.

Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, you should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year IT support experience, and knowledge of Windows, macOS, iPhone/Android, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Arabic and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT support or help desk; graduates in IT or CS welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iPhone/Android, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Solve the team’s day-to-day IT issues in person and online.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 1+ year in IT support or help desk. Graduates in IT or computer science without this experience are also welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Windows and macOS, iPhone and Android, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 7,000-10,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

3. For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute troubleshooting exercise using ARK47 Studio on a test account we provide.
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
