Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Procurement QC Supervisor for ourInspection Team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. You will support procurement activities while ensuring compliance with QA/QC requirements and vendor inspections.

The role offers a hybrid working model, a fixed-term contract (1 year renewable), and opportunities to travel to site as projects require. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology and 5+ years’ experience are required, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Procurement QC Supervisor within Oil & Gas field/industry.
• Languages: English (Comprehensive).
• Technical Skills: Root Cause Analysis, Knowledge of NDE Techniques and application.
• IT Skills: MS Office, SAP etc.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the Project Procurement QA/QC Scope of Work, Aramco Schedule Q and Project Specifications.
• Supporting various engineering disciplines for the queries related to supplier's inspections and tests during procurement phase.
• Reviewing the Material Requisition to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
• Reviewing and approving the Inspection Test plan (ITP).
• Coordinating with the vendor, Engineering & NDT Level III for the submission & approval of relevant procedures (NMR).
• Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) preparation and submission.
• Organizing and conducting pre-inspection meetings.
• Monitoring and ensuring the inspection coverage and coordination with vendors and client.
• Coordinating with the third-party inspection agencies.
• Managing NCRs and Punch lists.
