Job summary

Penspen is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to oversee the project QMS across engineering, procurement and construction stages. You will review quality plans, ITPs and procedures, and ensure documentation aligns with codes and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities include surveillance, audits, managing NCRs, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting turnover and close-out of quality records for mechanical completion. Based in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia, with extensive oil/gas experience desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma with QA/QC certificate.
• 10 years of QA/QC coordination for oil and gas projects (or 14 with senior experience).
• Experience implementing QMS and ISO 9001 requirements on EPC projects.
• Location-based requirement in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of the project QMS across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Review and approve EPC quality plans, ITPs and procedures; monitor inspections and documentation.
• Conduct surveillance and audits to verify ISO 9001 compliance and close NCRs.
• Interface with client representatives and support turnover and close-out for mechanical completion.
