Job summary

Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a Procurement QC Supervisor to support QC requirements for material procurement. This role involves reviewing project specifications, coordinating inspections, and managing quality compliance with vendors.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology and have over 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The position offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working model, allowing flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Procurement QC Supervisor within the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Review the Project Procurement QA/QC Scope of Work.
• Support engineering disciplines with supplier inspections and tests.
• Review material requisition for quality requirements.
• Review and approve the Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Coordinate with vendor and Engineering & NDT Level III.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Assignment Package (IAP).
• Organize and conduct pre-inspection meetings.
• Monitor and ensure inspection coverage with vendors and client.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
• Manage NCRs and punch lists.

Procurement QC Supervisor

As a member of the Inspection Team within the POSE department, you will support activities necessary to fulfill the Contractor’s and Client’s QC requirements while procuring materials from vendors in compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Review the Project Procurement QA/QC Scope of Work, Aramco Schedule Q and Project Specifications.
• Support various engineering disciplines with queries related to supplier inspections and tests during the procurement phase.
• Review material requisition to ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Review and approve the Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Coordinate with the vendor, Engineering & NDT Level III for submission and approval of relevant procedures (NMR).
• Prepare and submit Inspection Assignment Package (IAP).
• Organize and conduct pre-inspection meetings.
• Monitor and ensure inspection coverage and coordination with vendors and client.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
• Manage NCRs and punch lists.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Procurement QC Supervisor within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Technical Skills: Root Cause Analysis, knowledge of NDE techniques and application.
