Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a qualified QAQC Engineer (Electrical) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 10–12 years of QA/QC experience for large EPC projects involving 380kV GIS substations and OHTL works.

Ideal candidates will have strong exposure to Saudi Energy 380kV BSP, OHTL, and substation programs, and direct experience with inspection, testing, commissioning, ITPs, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience on large EPC projects.
• Experience with 380kV GIS substations and OHTL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and control QA/QC for construction on 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Energy standards and international quality requirements.
• Prepare ITPs, material inspections, and documentation control.

Job Description

A qualified QAQC Engineer (Electrical) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 10–12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control activities for large EPC projects involving 380kV GIS substations and OHTL projects. Candidates should have strong exposure to Saudi Energy (SE) 380kV BSP, OHTL, and Substation projects ranging from 380kV to 525kV. The applicant must possess a minimum of 10 years of direct experience in inspection and quality control of construction activities related to Saudi Energy transmission and substation projects, including electrical, installation, testing, and commissioning stages. The role requires thorough knowledge of project quality procedures, inspection & test plans (ITPs), material inspections, documentation control, and compliance with Saudi Energy standards and international quality requirements. Candidates with Saudi Energy (SE) approved QAQC Engineer status and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification will be given preference.
