Job summary

Client of Rgheeb is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Manager to oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships and logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely procurement of materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality, optimising transportation, achieving cost savings and identifying opportunities to resell surplus materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in the restaurant and cafe industry is mandatory.
• Strong supplier negotiation, procurement planning, and contract management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: develop plans, manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, ensure quality.
• Logistics & Transportation: plan and coordinate material transport between suppliers, warehouses and branches.
• Cost Optimization & Resale: analyze costs, identify savings, explore resale of surplus materials.
• Team Management: supervise staff, delegate tasks, evaluate performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: prepare financial reports and monthly procurement performance updates.
