Burj Line Builders is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead logistics and supply chain purchasing in Riyadh. You will develop procurement strategies, source and negotiate with suppliers, and oversee purchasing of transportation, warehousing, and related services.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and ERP experience, and excellent communication. English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cost control, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi market experience preferred.
