Job summary

Rgheeb seeks an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Manager to oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships, and logistics operations. The role ensures timely procurement of materials, maintains quality standards, optimizes transportation, and identifies opportunities to resell surplus materials.

Responsibilities include supplier management, negotiating terms, planning purchasing, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and supply chain management.
• Ability to manage conflicts professionally and respond promptly to operational requirements.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing plans in coordination with warehouse, factory, and operations departments.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, maintaining an approved supplier list.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and purchasing terms.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with the company's authority matrix.
• Monitor supplied material quality, manage returns, and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to obtain sample approvals and ensure materials meet requirements.
