Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Riyadh seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement for logistics and supply chain operations. You will develop strategies, source and negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchasing across logistics, warehousing, and operations to ensure cost efficiency and timely availability of goods and services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and ERP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cost control, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage purchasing of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and operational requirements.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement policy compliance.
