Job summary

Al Majed Oud.co seeks a proactive Local Procurement Manager to supervise requisition handling, supplier negotiations, and cost-control efforts in Riyadh. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely orders, compliant processes, and optimal supplier performance.

Applicants should have 4–6 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. This role is based on site in Riyadh and focuses on achieving best value while maintaining governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement experience with supervision experience.
• Experience in local purchasing, supplier negotiations, quotation analysis, and PO management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, cost control, and governance practices.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems for procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise local procurement operations from requisition to PO issuance and delivery.
• Identify, qualify, and manage local suppliers, including quotations and comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, and warranties to improve commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth procurement, delivery, and payment processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, non-conforming goods, or variances.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain procurement records.
