Job summary

SRACO Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to lead materials, equipment, and services sourcing for utilities projects. You will ensure alignment with technical specs, budgets, and schedules while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include RFQ issuance, supplier negotiation, PO management, delivery coordination, and supplier performance reviews. Strong ERP and Excel skills, plus English communication, are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Additional training or certification in procurement and supply chain management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests to ensure actual requirements are met.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Analyze quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and track approvals.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouses and project teams.
• Review specifications with engineering and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor supplier performance.
• Resolve procurement issues related to delays and shortages.
