Job summary

SRACO COMPANY in Jeddah seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage materials, equipment, and services for utilities projects. You will ensure conformance with technical specs, budgets, schedules, and company policies, coordinating with engineering, finance, and operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, experience with utilities projects, ERP systems, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Additional training or certification in procurement and supply chain management is an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience in utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests to ensure they meet actual requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Analyze and compare quotations for specification compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers for prices, terms, and delivery.
• Identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and follow approvals.
