• Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP procurement, subcontracting, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle: RFQs, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Source and procure construction materials, MEP equipment, tools, machinery, and subcontracted services.
• Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams for material availability.
• Monitor procurement costs, supplier performance, and long-lead items; manage supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, budgets, Saudi regulations, and local-content requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and management reports.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotation evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Source and procure construction materials, MEP equipment, tools, machinery, and subcontracted services.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor procurement costs, supplier performance, long-lead items, and potential supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, approved budgets, applicable Saudi regulations, and relevant local-content requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or contracting, with experience in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP procurement, subcontracting, and supplier negotiations.

Good understanding of the Saudi market, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
