Job summary

Mott MacDonald seeks a Principal Digital Consultant to lead BIM implementation for KSA buildings projects. You will drive digital delivery, oversee BIM coordination teams, and act as a senior resource for client engagements and bids in the digital space.

The role requires a strong BIM background, aviation/airport experience preferred, and the ability to translate digital opportunities into tangible business value within Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of BIM implementation on projects with alignment to ISO 19650 standards.
Ability to translate digital delivery into measurable business value.
Experience leading BIM coordination, multidisciplinary reviews and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM delivery for projects and manage BIM Coordinators and BIM/CAD technicians.
Run BIM kickoff, coordination and review meetings and contribute to BIM Execution Plans.
Configure and maintain Common Data Environment for engineering design deliverables.
Plan BIM deliverables and ensure delivery according to project BIM Execution Plan.
Engage with clients and external collaborators to develop digital advisory services and bids.
